| Blush is a doe with deep body capacity. She has developed into quite the powerhouse of the doe! She has a lovely level topline, long rump and great front end assembly. She does have a lot of ear control and could use a tad longer ear and a bit longer neck. She has the classic dairy wedge and excels in depth of heart girth. In 2007, Blush received nearly all V's in her structural categories, head, shoulder, front legs, rear legs, feet, and udder texture. She received + in back and rump. In 2008, Blush received a 31 in rump angle, 25 in rump width, 29 in fore udder attachment, and an astonishing 38 in rear udder height! In 2009, Blush suffered frostbite on one teat which resulted in complete sluffing of that entire teat structure. Unfortunately, it resulted in a non-function side of her udder. She will no longer be Linear Appraised due to the damage to her udder. Despite this, she still milked 14# a day out of only half an udder. Unfortunately, her LA score was when she was still a "hot dog" and hadn't fully matured. |
